Working Principle

This equipment typically employs a net weight-based weighing system. The working process is as follows: Firstly, the bag-feeding device picks up and opens the empty bag; then the material is fed into the weighing hopper by the feeding mechanism (such as a screw or gravity type) for precise weighing; when the target weight is reached, the weight-compliant materials are placed into the opened bag; finally, the bag-transporting device moves the bag to complete the sealing operations such as folding, sewing, or heat sealing, and outputs the finished bag.
